This template is used at Portal:South East England to generate a random subportal of Portal:South East England. This is then used in conjunction with Template:PortalSEEselection to generate random featured content from the subportals to display on the parent portal.

Syntax

{{PortalSEERandomSubportal|seed|prime}} where seed and prime are as described at Template:rand.
