Note: Use of this template on templates protected due to heavy use or high visibility is largely deprecated. It may still be used when the reason for protection is unclear (e.g. a template that has no transclusions but is used in the interface or by a bot). In all cases, please consider using {{permprot}} on the template's talk page.
