This is a section header template for WikiProjects. It is configured with several variables (or will be) to format it to do different things. It basically embeds the standard Wikipedia sections within a colored box.
Usage
Syntax

|Heading name
|image = <!-- Required, set the image to be used in the banner. the "File:" prefix is not needed-->
|image_size = <!-- changes the image size, defaults to 30px. The "px" is not needed -->
|border = <!-- sets border color, defaults to gray. -->
|bgcolor = <!-- sets background color, defaults to lightblue. -->

To add a heading below the banner, use the following code:
