| This image is non-free, and according to policy should provide detailed information as to why it's fair-use. However, this information might not be in a standardized format There is currently NO active requirement for a fair-use rationale to confirm to a standard format (such as that used by {{Non free use rationale}}). This template has therefore been placed to assist those checking images (both human and bots) and to allow images that are thought to already meet the appropriate guidelines or policy to be passed over move quickly.

Usage
Add this tag (do not subst) immediately above any licensing information. You may optionally specify a reason as the first parameter. Do not replace or remove any copyright or licensing information already present.
This template is meant to be used when a 'detailed' rationale given for a non-free image is provided, but is not in a standardized or templated form. If an image has blatantly false licensing information, such as a screen-shot of a recent film tagged as public domain, use-one of the templates below.
Use this template if:
- The media concerned has a detailed rationale, but it's presented in a non-templated or non-standard manner.
Do not use this template if:
- No rationale at all is given. Use
{{subst:nrd}}. - There is no source information at all. Use
{{subst:nsd}}. - There is no licensing information at all. Use
{{subst:nld}}. - The image is possibly non-free as described at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree images.
Images tagged with this template are placed in Category:Wikipedia files with non-standard/non-templated rationales
