This is a page header template for WikiProjects. It is configured with several variables (or will be) to format it to do do different things.
Usage

|image_size = <!-- changes the image size, defaults to 100px. The "px" is not needed -->
|project = <!-- Required, set the name of the project -->

|border = <!-- sets border color, defaults to gray. -->
|bgcolor = <!-- sets background color, defaults to lightblue. -->
